Ivet Pieper's comments about José Manuel's work

Original text: "For a participatory video I produced with teenagers on the importance of Child Helplines, we were looking for the right musical track. Then we came across a beautiful melancholic jet lighthearted song called "From the top of the cliff" by José Manuel Quintana Cámara. It fits perfectly, and we thank José for allowing us to use the music. The video was shown at the European Parliament June 26th and was well received." ~Ivet Pieper, Filmmaker, The Netherlands

Synopsis

In June 2013 Child Helpline International launched its 10 year data publication "Voices of young Europe" at the EU Parliament in Brussels. The publication contains 10 years worth of data from European child helplines with the main reasons why children and young people have contacted child helplines. This video was produced by young people from Romania, Spain, The Netherlands, Belgium and the UK and shows the issues brought up "Voices of young Europe" from their perspective. On 26 June 3 delegates from the Belgian youth group introduced this movie on behalf of all kids involved in the production at the EU Parliament to European decision makers.

"Genial, me pareció muy buena la idea de arreglar la canción para dar un aspecto mas navideño, y lo del acompañamiento del cello, yo como cellista y pianista se que separados suenan hermoso, pero juntos es la perfección, felicidades por tus logros, espero seguir escuchando música tuya por mucho mas tiempo, saludos desde Medellín, Colombia.", ~Miguel Ángel Ríos, Cello player, Colombia
"(Wonders of Earth) Lo que he escuchado es precioso, sorpresivo, inquietante y esperanzador. Con el video ya es para deshacerse. Te doy mi mas sincera enhorabuena por el tema.", ~Philo, En El Aire Radio, Spain
